A fixed price. A measured outcome. A fifth of our fee riding on it.
Most consulting is billed by the hour, which means you find out what it cost after it's over. We quote the outcome, write the metric into the agreement, and tie part of our fee to whether it lands.
See how we priceThree numbers, every engagement
One line each. They are not the same number, and we show you all three.
Expected value
The full business case — every driver, with our confidence level and the assumptions behind it.
What we measure
The subset we can read from your own systems, against a baseline we capture with you before work starts.
What’s at risk
20% of our fee, tied to those measurements hitting the targets written into the agreement.
We only guarantee what we can control
Plenty of firms will promise you a revenue lift. We won't. Revenue depends on your sales team, your pricing, and your market — we can influence it, but we can't control it, so we won't ask you to pay us based on it.
What we will put our fee behind is what we can read from your own systems: processing time, error rates, cycle times, control coverage. We show you the full value case, then we show you the narrower part we're willing to stake fee on. The difference between those two numbers is the most honest thing in our proposal.
Why we can quote a number before we start
Twenty-five years of the same problems.
Estimating an outcome requires having seen the problem before. The background that makes that possible is on the About page.
A method, not an improvisation.
The same measurement framework runs on every engagement, which is why the estimate can be written down before the work starts.
We've made these mistakes at enterprise scale already.
On someone else's budget.
We're new. Here's what we're not going to do about it.
S4 Solutions is a new firm. We don't have a case study wall yet, and we're not going to invent one. What we have is a method we'll show you in full before you spend anything — and results we'll publish here as engagements close, with the same metrics we put in the agreement.

Two to three weeks, $5,000–$9,500 fixed. You walk away with a written value model: what's worth fixing, what it's worth, and which parts we'd put our fee behind. Credited against the engagement if you proceed within 60 days.
